Daniel Brommell Celebrates 5 Years at Roc Search

This week we celebrate the 5th Roc Search anniversary of our Senior Business Manager, Daniel Brommell. Daniel joined Roc Search in 2012 as the company’s Business Development Manager, with a vast amount of experience behind him working for a number of highly reputable recruitment companies.

In 2013 Daniel was tasked with setting up a new division of Roc Search: the Key Accounts division. The focus of this division was to provide IT recruitment services to medium / large customers who recruit often, but that require a tailored partnership approach across the UK and Europe. After building himself a strong team, he took the Key Accounts division from strength to strength and following its successful growth Daniel was shortly promoted to Senior Business Development Manager in 2015.

After joining the Roc Search when it consisted of only 50 staff, Daniel has seen it grow to its current 130 staff, playing a pivotal role in guiding the direction and vision of the company.

Daniel is now responsible for the generation of new "Key Account" partnership opportunities whilst also overseeing the strategy for delivery operation. He has put together an exceptional team to support delivery across the Key Account customer portfolio, whilst continuing with the business development activity to search for the next major partnership opportunity.
