Recruitment Process

How do we select the best?

At Roc Search we know that to be the best, we need to hire the best people. After you apply for one of our roles you will receive a call from a member of our Talent Search team who will initially run through your CV with you, understand your career goals, and give you some insight into what it’s like to work in recruitment at Roc Search.  

We then have a two stage interview process which allows us to see whether you have the right skills and will fit into our culture, but also for you to ask questions and get a feel for whether we are right for you.

1st Interview


If you are selected for initial interview we will ask you to come in and meet one of our managers to run through the role, your career opportunities, and they will want to understand why you believe a career in recruitment is for you.

2nd Interview


Our second stage interview involves a presentation to three of the management team at Roc Search. The basis of the presentation will depend on the role you are applying for, but it will allow you to highlight your strengths in relation to the role, as well as your aspirations for the future.

Whether success to you means making money or being one of our future leaders, as long as you have a drive to succeed you already have a foot in the door.
