Data and Systems Analyst - Reading
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Reading office, for a Data and Systems Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of producing/ maintaining commercial & financial data sets for all divisions within the Roc group of companies.

Principal Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage company commercial and financial data sets.
- Responsible for ensuring data integrity between various, multi-layer, data sets, source and global systems.
- Drive and document adoption, improvement, connection, and scaling of existing data sets, systems and the quality of the associated information.
- Responsible for preparing and issuing to deadline company sales data tables:
- sales data tables include, but are not limited to:
- Flash Reports
- Holiday/ incentive targets
- League table reporting
- Deals done
- sales data tables include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the preparation of financial data packs for Quarterly Board meetings and AGM, together with supporting analysis.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of external reporting to key stakeholders.
- Maintain and populate sales consultants billing tables on monthly basis.
- Prepare, maintain and update company budgets and forecasts.
- Provide regular analysis of commercial & financial data to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate commercial and financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
- Support company stakeholders and team members with other ad hoc tasks and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a commerical or sales analytics role
- Proven experience using Sage or any cloud based accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills
