**IT Infrastructure Support Engineer!**

This role offers exposure to diverse IT environments, including networking, infrastructure, and cloud computing. Candidates with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills will thrive, collaborating closely with support, development teams, and stakeholders in London and the US.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents at a server configuration layer.
- Provision and address issues in cloud-hosted environments, liaising with third parties as needed.
- Lead Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity testing initiatives.
- Perform and schedule system maintenance activities.
- Manage security and audit activities.
- Update and maintain the company network.
- Conduct internal product deployments.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Perform root cause investigation and problem analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate resolution of infrastructure issues cross-functionally to meet business needs.
- Maintain and update documents and procedures.
- Ensure timely updates, escalation, and resolution within the Service Desk system.
- Act as an escalation point from 1st and 2nd line support.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions within the team.
- Assist with occasional helpdesk requests due to team absence/holiday.

**Required Technical Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration 2016 onwards.
- Experience in Windows 10-11 administration.
- Familiarity with Cisco firewalls, switches, and router administration or equivalent.
- Expertise in VPN configuration and management (site-to-site, remote access).
- Knowledge of VMware administration.
- Competence in Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Experience with DNS and DHCP management.
- Proficiency in Azure/Office 365 administration and InTune.
- Familiarity with SCCM.
- Hands-on experience with backup technologies and DR/BCP planning.
- Expertise in email hygiene service management.
- Skilled in vulnerability patching and management.
- Familiarity with SolarWinds.
- Awareness of Change Management and planning processes.
