The company are a friendly and supportive team of experts. Their technical team includes a team of Service Desk Analysts, a team of Engineers focussing on Infrastructure, Networking and Security, as well as an internal team of senior Consultants.

Essential skills and experience:
- Experience working in a customer/client facing position
- CISCO, CCIE
- Solid Networking fundamentals
- A keen desire to learn and keep upto date with new trends in technology
- CCMP
- 3rd line Networking experience
- MSP experience
Desirable skills and experience:
- Intermediate - Understanding Networking IPv4 / DHCP / DNS / Switches
- Intermediate - Understanding Enterprise Firewall technologies
- Intermediate - Understanding Enterprise WAN technologies
- Intermediate - Understanding Enterprise Network Management and Monitoring
- Intermediate - Understanding of packet capture technologies and tools
