An exciting start-up in the manufacturing space are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in Slough.
Salary: £50,000 DOE
Location: Slough
Duties:
- Lead team in manufacturing efficiencies
- Implement and manage KPIs for production
- Ensure compliance to H&S
- Hands-on leadership
- Help lead the customer journey
- Identify improvement areas
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in Production/Operations Management
- CNC machining/Precision manufacturing experience is a bonus
- Hands-on management
- Experience quoting work and managing customers
The successful candidate will be joining a fully funded start-up working with some extremely interesting applications, this organisation is still in the early stages and this role will be at the forefront of their growth.
