I am currently recruiting for a Project Director for a Manufacturing Site Refurbishment / Extension in Runcorn.
The role is a contractor position, outside IR35, priced at about £500 per day. The initial contract will be for 6 months but the work is likely to last several years.
You will be required to have knowledge of CDM and installation projects.
Strong engineering skills
Ability to manage multiple projects from civils to manufacturing
A form of H&S certification.
A background on construction or site management.
The role will involve management of several projects of across a number of disciplines, the work is varied, interesting and fast paced.
You will need to manage projects with a 'hands-on' approach and manage contractors and Project Engineers accordingly.
