A client of ours who are a global distributor of electronics are on the look out for a Quality Engineer to join their growing organisation.
This individual will be working closely with the Group Quality Manager to help deal with day-to-day quality issues and lead the internal audit programme.
Key requirements:
- 2+ years experience within a Quality role
- Knowledge of AS9120 or ISO9001
- Internal auditing to AS9120 or ISO9001
- Core quality tools: 8D, RCA, 5 Why's etc.
- Experience writing procedures
Desirables:
- A keen interest in Electronics
- Lead auditor certified
Responsibilities:
- Review specifications for products and processes
- Lead internal audit programme
- Help develop effective QC procedures and processes based on customer requirements
- Work with the Group Quality Manager to update and improve processes and procedures
