I head up the Permanent Support & Infrastructure unit after spending 3 years in this industry and learning the market from day one of the academy. I focus on placing technical candidates ranging from 1st Line Support Engineers all the way up to IT Directors into my clients business.   The London Support & Infrastructure team have assisted multiple clients with their recruitment needs by taking an understanding to the business as if we was an employee. This allows us to get a sense of the company culture and make sure the candidate is a cultural fit as well as having the technical skills needed.  

My personal USP is that I have previous experience working within a Managed Service Environment so I understand the importance of hiring the right person for the job to ensure customer satisfaction from the end clients.
