Beverley Christopher
Director of Operations
I lead the global operational strategy across our offices in the UK, US, and Germany. This means I define how we operate to achieve maximum efficiency and support growth. I'm passionate about continuously developing and enhancing our operational infrastructure, ensuring it seamlessly scales alongside Roc's strategic goals.
The focus is on developing an infrastructure that supports both service development and delivery in order to provide a top-tier experience for our customers,(candidates and clients). Investment in technology and the embedding of best practice to streamline our end to end processes is key. Whilst ensuring the continuous development of our employees providing them with the knowledge, tools and skills to provide an optimum service.
I'm a strong believer in collaboration working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of our strategic goals.
