Hey how are ya, I’m Chelsea and I’m the Lead Learning & Development Consultant for the US and support our consultants at all levels across our US locations!
I come from a background in 360 agency recruitment, outside sales, and sales management where I really found my passion for developing people. The buzz I got from doing deals as a recruitment consultant, is the same buzz I get when I see those “lightbulb moments” in the people I work with, and I couldn’t imagine a better bunch of people to impact.
Our global goal in the training function is to support people coming into our business so they’re set up for a running start, then continue to support their career journeys to always be striving toward that next step thus creating a #Limitless environment for both themselves AND their networks!
