Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, I head up the global marketing function at Roc Search, ensuring we are positioned and recognised as an industry leader within the Technology, Engineering, Life sciences and Public Sector recruitment markets. As a generalist marketing professional my role requires me to take a very hands-on approach and be actively involved in all aspects of our marketing activity.
I started Roc Search in 2017, moving from a London SAAS business to find a role that would allow me more autonomy and really push my career forward. After interviewing with a number of businesses I finally decided to take the opportunity at Roc Search, joining their marketing team as a Marketing Executive. Over the next few years, I focussed on continuously developing my skills, taking the time to understanding the fundamentals of the business and the industry itself. 5 years later, I now oversee the division.
