Roc Search are seeking a Graduate Engineer to work for one of the UK's leading Civil & Structural Engineering consultancies. Due to a healthy forward workload and clients growth strategy they are are looking to appoint a Graduate Engineer to join their team in their City Centre Glasgow office.
The client offers a great working environment and the opportunity to progress within the organisation. The team specialise in the delivery of projects across a range of sectors including; geo-environmental, traffic and transportation, rail and planning.
Opportunity:
- Working for a well-established business on interesting projects.
- Your principal role will be to work alongside Senior Engineers within a dynamic team, helping produce designs and assisting with the preparation of drawings.
- As you progress you can expect to be active on a number of projects and to work with a number of clients at any given time.
Experience
- A relevant qualification / degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related subject
- A keen understanding and interest in design and construction would be advantageous
- CAD/Revit experience
- Good report writing and communication skills required
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to working within a team structure
- Confidence and ability to maximise the level of responsibility taken on projects, small and large
- Clean driving license is desirable but not essential
