I'm one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants based out of our Reading office. Over the last 5 years I've specialised in recruitment for the Quality & Manufacturing market across the South East of England. I've had the chance to work with some fantastic companies in a variety of different industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Motorsport, Electronics and Oil & Gas.
My approach to recruitment is to first understand not just the needs of the business but also align with the vision and culture of an organisation. This has lead to a number of extremely successful relationships and strong growth within those companies.
