Career-Long Training Support
We provide end-to-end recruitment training to build strong foundations from day one. This is reinforced through hands-on, on-desk learning alongside managers by our L&D team, from the very first weeks.

Blended Learning
To kick start your new role as a recruiter, we provide training courses to cover the whole recruitment process. Alongside on-desk activities with your manager and colleagues so you get a full experience of the realities of job from your first few weeks.
There will be a mix of classroom sessions, listening into calls, roleplays and putting into practice as well as support from us to ensure that you are equipped with the right attitude, motivation and skills to generate results as soon as possible!

On-going Coaching
One-on-one coaching is a given here at ROC Search and you will get this from both your manager and L&D.
Whether it be on-desk with activities such as looking at how you manage the information on the database to sending mailshots or analysing your activity. To off-desk coaching that could be around around motivation, mindset or putting together introductions and lists of questions.
Phone coaching, more specifically, includes listening into or back to your calls and encouraging you to self-assess before giving our feedback in order to help you improve.

Future Leaders
Designed to help consultants develop the key behaviours, attributes and skills of successful leaders and build their own levels confidence in these areas. Participants have the opportunity to reflect on their levels of impact, and develop strategies to work with people including influencing, dealing with people and encouraging a culture of positive performance in their areas of responsibility.
