As a Recruitment Consultant of the Public Sector my main aim is to Qualify the best possible Candidate for the role. I usually have multiple roles on at one time so organisation is key. The jobs are sourced via Frameworks that we have won against other Recruitment companies, so this market is very competitive and ever growing. Our aim is to have as many Frameworks open at onetime, to maximise the number of potential deals.
