Working from Reading, HQ I am sourcing and attracting candidates for Trainee and Experienced roles, conducting interviews over the phone and in person and managing candidate experience from initial call through the offer stage. My area of focus is Internal Recruitment and company development, I prioritise fostering a culture of growth and talent retention. My team and I's approach to recruitment is centred around building strong relationships with candidates and understanding their unique/transferable skills.
