2nd Line IT Engineer
In-house IT | Up to £35,000 | Possible Progression to 3rd Line Engineer / Team Lead
We're recruiting for a 2nd Line Engineer to join a busy, in-house IT team supporting a growing organisation. This is a hands-on role combining 1st & 2nd line support with involvement in exciting project work across cloud and infrastructure.

You'll be part of a fast-paced service desk environment, while also getting exposure to cloud migrations, Azure administration, networking, and server projects, not just BAU ticket work.
What you'll be doing:
- 1st & 2nd line support in a busy service desk
- Supporting and administering Office 365 & Azure AD
- Windows Server administration
- Intune device management
- Network troubleshooting (switches, firewalls, connectivity)
- Hardware builds, installs & user support
- Assisting with various projects, including cloud migrations, network upgrades, server migrations and more.
