The Role
A growing MSP in Bolton is looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to deliver a wide range of exciting projects for SME clients across the North West and be an escalation point for the service desk.
This is a project-focused role, not just a ticket-driven support position. You'll take ownership of projects through to delivery, working with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading infrastructure projects end to end
- M365 and Azure migrations
- Server builds, upgrades, and migrations
- Network upgrades (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs)
- Office relocations and IT setups
- Backup and disaster recovery implementations
- Client-facing technical delivery and documentation
Required Skills
- Proven MSP experience (essential)
- Microsoft 365 & Azure
- Windows Server
- Hyper-V and/or VMware
- Networking infrastructure
- Veeam or similar solution
- Strong communication and project delivery skills
- UK driving licence
