Business Analyst

Roc Search Tech are urgently seeking a Business Analyst for a 9 month contract to work for our FinTech client in London, working on a project for their offshore banking client.

Outside IR35
Remote - with fortnightly travel client site and London (for first 3 months of the project only)

We are seeking an experienced contract Business Analyst to support the pre-project phase of a strategic initiative assessing the viability of a new FX platform our clients banking customer. This role is critical in capturing, structuring, and validating business requirements across multiple stakeholders (banking, compliance, technology, and regulators). The BA will ensure all foundational elements, from customer journeys to regulatory considerations, are clearly defined and documented.

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, ideally with exposure to FX, payments, or regulatory change.
* Strong understanding of banking operations, onboarding (KYC/CDD), and regulatory frameworks.
* Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, structured documentation.
* Proficiency in process mapping and requirements management tools.
* Experience working across multi-jurisdictional environments
* Knowledge of Murex (FX), SAP and other banking systems for the FX product set is desirable
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, at all levels
