Partner Channel Manager

Location: Hybrid (West London)
Type: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 base + OTE £100,000 - £120,000 (plus excellent benefits)


The Role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Channel Manager to join a growing cloud and technology business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building and scaling partner ecosystems, driving joint go-to-market (GTM) success, and shaping strategic alliances across cloud-native and enterprise software sectors.


What You'll Be Doing

As Partner Channel Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partner plan with clear objectives, initiatives, and revenue targets.

  • Identify, onboard, and manage key partnerships with consulting firms, SIs, MSPs, and ISVs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Product Management to deliver GTM initiatives.

  • Lead regular pipeline reviews and performance tracking to align with KPIs and ROI.

  • Deliver technical and sales enablement programmes, including partner certifications and training.

  • Represent the business at partner events, webinars, and executive briefings.

  • Manage complex partner negotiations, engaging with legal, finance, marketing, and leadership teams.

  • Present business reviews to senior stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Drive cloud and AI project pipeline development through proactive partner engagement.


What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years' experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management within cloud or enterprise software.

  • Proven track record in quota-carrying roles, exceeding targets, and scaling partner ecosystems.

  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

  • Experience working with System Integrators and Consulting Companies on co-selling, solution development, and GTM.

  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), and emerging technologies (AI advantageous).

  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Structured, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated approach.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.


Desirable (But Not Essential)

  • Direct enterprise sales and GTM execution with global/regional partners.

  • Strong network within the UK IT channel ecosystem.

  • Understanding of partner funding programmes and ROI strategies.

  • Experience building cloud or software partner programmes from the ground up.
