Commissioning Engineer - Protection (132kV) - Contract (Outside IR35)
I'm currently working with a busy client operating across the SSE South and UKPN patches, who are looking to bring in a Commissioning Engineer with solid Protection experience.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Protection Commissioning on 132kV (or similar high-voltage) substations.
Experience working on SSE and/or UKPN sites preferred.
Ideally holds SSE authorisations/certifications.
Strong understanding of protection schemes, relay testing, and HV commissioning procedures.
Able to work independently on active sites and manage commissioning documentation.
Contract Details:
Day rate contract
Outside IR35
Projects across SSE South and UKPN regions
Immediate or short-notice start preferred
