CRM Administrator - Salesforce
Contract (Outside IR35), with view to Perm | Remote (UK) | £Daily Rate (Contract) → £45,000 + 15% Bonus (Perm DOE)
Location: Predominantly remote with occasional UK travel (for stakeholder workshops and meetups)
Contract: Initial 3-6 months (Outside IR35), with the opportunity for a permanent role
Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + 15% annual bonus + enhanced pension
About the Role
A market-leading organisation in the their respective space is seeking an experienced CRM Administrator (Salesforce) to join their growing digital product team.
This is a hybrid role focused on managing and optimising Salesforce systems, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving platform improvements across a range of operational and product teams. You'll work in a fast-paced, agile environment with significant stakeholder exposure and a strong emphasis on collaboration, delivery, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the organisation's Salesforce CRM, ensuring platform performance, user adoption, and data quality
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and end users to prioritise enhancements and resolve issues
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops to gather user feedback, capture requirements, and align on feature delivery
- Support the creation, refinement, and completion of user stories, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs
- Monitor and manage tickets, issues, and platform changes within defined SLAs
- Collaborate across teams to support product rollouts, change management, and technical delivery
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for configuration, processes, and platform updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and ensure alignment with broader product and business strategies
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in a Salesforce administration or CRM support role
- Demonstrable expertise in platform configuration, data management, and user support
- Proven ability to work within product or digital teams, ideally in an agile or cross-functional setting
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience hosting collaborative workshops and coordinating across teams
- Comfortable managing project timelines, prioritising tasks, and contributing to delivery planning
- Highly organised with excellent documentation and time management skills
Desirable
- Salesforce Administrator certification(s) or equivalent credentials
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly incident, problem, and change management
- Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required)
Contract & Permanent Offering
This is an initial 3-6 month contract (outside IR35), paid on a competitive daily rate, with a clear pathway to a permanent role offering:
