Our client in Manchester is urgently seeking a Customer Service Agent (Part-Time) to join their team urgently for 2 days a week, 100% on site - extra shifts / overtime is available.
7.5 hour days, 9am - 5pm.
Immediate start.
£122 per day, inside IR35 through an umbrella company.
Key requirements:
1. MUST have excellent customer service skills
2. MUST have excellent communication skills
3. MUST be patient and show empathy with the customers calling the customer services line
4. Experience of logging and tracking inbound/existing calls (tickets) through an internal call logging service centre tool.
5. Ability to swap shifts if necessary to ensure team are sufficiently covered.
6. Ability to do additional shifts, up to full time, Mon-Fri.
