We're working with a few YC backed Series A teams in San Francisco that are hiring Founding Engineers across backend, full-stack, and platform roles. These are true early hires working closely with the founders to build the core product from the ground up.
The teams are small, highly technical, and value engineers who enjoy ownership, ambiguity, and shipping real product. The roles are either hybrid or onsite in SF (in-office a few days a week) and come with meaningful equity and long-term upside.
