We're working with a handful of YC-backed Series A and Series B startups, including teams backed by South Park Commons and other top-tier investors, all with real products, real customers, and multi-million-dollar ARR.
These are 20+ person teams tackling very different problems - AI-first products, developer tools, enterprise platforms, and infrastructure - but they all share the same thing: small, high-caliber engineering groups where your work is visible and actually matters. You'd be building alongside founders, CTOs, and early engineers, with real input into technical decisions, product direction, and how things get built.
The roles range from founding-level to early senior hires, with ownership over meaningful parts of the stack. Some teams lean more full-stack or product, others more systems, backend, or AI/ML - there's flexibility depending on where you do your best work.
