Key Account Manager - Manufacturing
Location: Salisbury (Hybrid - predominantly WFH with weekly client visits)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in engineering and manufacturing? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business in Salisbury as they continue to grow.
As part of their succession planning, they are seeking a Key Account Manager to work closely with the Sales Director and build strong, lasting relationships with their major clients. Over time, you will take full ownership of these multi-million-pound accounts, ensuring continued success and growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing key accounts.
- Working alongside the Sales Director to develop account strategies.
- Taking full ownership of key accounts as part of a structured succession plan.
- Regular travel to client sites and the Salisbury office (following an initial training period).
What we're looking for:
- Strong engineering background.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage high-value, multi-million-pound accounts.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
