Lead Mobile Engineer

One of our clients in the Constructions space is looking for a Senior Mobile & Backend Engineer to take technical ownership of a modern, customer-facing mobile and cloud platform. This role combines hands-on engineering with architectural leadership, mentoring, and close collaboration with product and design teams.

You'll lead complex mobile and backend initiatives, drive operational excellence, and help integrate emerging technologies-including AI-driven customer engagement solutions-to deliver high-quality, scalable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own system architecture and technical design across mobile and backend services

• Deliver end-to-end features from design through deployment

• Lead DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and security best practices

• Mentor engineers on code quality, design patterns, and problem-solving

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies (AI, voice/chat, customer platforms)

• Ensure high standards for testing, performance, and reliability

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior or lead engineer on complex mobile and backend systems

• Strong cross-platform mobile development experience (React Native, with native iOS/Android exposure)

• Hands-on experience building secure, scalable cloud services (AWS preferred)

• Experience integrating AI, voice/chat, or enterprise customer platforms

• Strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer experience

• Excellent collaboration and mentoring skills

Tech Stack

• Mobile: React Native, TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin

• Cloud: AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, SQS/EventBridge, CloudWatch)

• AI & Integrations: Chat/voice AI agents; Salesforce Service Cloud exposure a plus
