Role: Lead QA Engineer
Location: Leeds, hybrid
Package: £65,000 + Benefits
We're working with a growing business looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join their Leeds team. You'll lead a team of testers while remaining actively involved in testing, automation and quality strategy across a range of digital and enterprise projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a testing team
- Participate in hands-on testing
- Develop and implement test strategies
- Use automation tools like Python, Selenium & Playwright
- Collaborate with stakeholders across projects
Requirements
- Strong automation and manual testing (Python, Selenium or Playwright)
- Experience or the desire to lead & mentor a team
- Experience with test strategy, frameworks and planning
- Experience with manual and automated testing
