Location: South Yorkshire
Type: Initial Contract until year‑end
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + overtime
Our client-a leading engineering company working on high‑profile mechanical projects-is seeking a skilled Mechanical Labourer to join their team at their assembly facility in South Yorkshire. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and ready to jump into practical, impactful work from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with mechanical assembly, disassembly, and general site duties
- Handle tools and materials; prep and maintain safe work areas
- Support installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment
- Follow health & safety protocols at all times
Experience:
- Prior experience in mechanical or general labour roles
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Dependable, and able to work well with others
- Able to follow instructions accurately and safely
