We are looking for an experienced project manager to work on our Digitising Social Care programme. The Project Manager will support the Programme lead in the continued implementation and additional functionality deployment of the Digitising Social Care programme. This role will work specifically on the Digitising Social Care programme and duties will include:-
* Producing project documentation
* Data analysis
* Stakeholder engagement
* Increasing utilisation
* Post implementation reviews
* Leading on benefits realisation
* Liaison with suppliers and providers
* On-boarding of additional organisations
* Training
* Risk and Issue management
* Development of safety case documentation and periodic review and refresh of the documents
