Job Title ; Process Supervisors
General responsibilities
- Management of onsite operations for Process related services i.e. N2/HE Leak Testing & Purging Operations.
- Liaise with client onsite.
- Supervise activities of junior staff.
- Ensure QA and HSE requirements are met.
- Oversee general daily functions performed/assigned to subordinates.
- Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE Management System by ensuring that all operational requirements are performed / completed in accordance with agreed procedures.
- Fully competent in the operation and maintenance of relevant equipment.
- Accurately spot equipment, bunded area and containers to minimise disruption to client's site.
- Ensure the daily maintenance of all equipment onsite.
- Review equipment specification and ensure that equipment is certified for use.
- Assist in completion of paperwork to agreed standard.
- Ensure that operations are conducted under the relevant client permit to work system.
- Responsible for Equipment Inventory and safe equipment back load from client's site.
- Adhering to Company's policies and procedures.
