Product Executive
Location: Milton Keynes (HQ)
Reports to: Engineering Manager
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Product Executive to join a dynamic and well-established organisation within the lighting and building solutions sector.
This is a pivotal role acting as the bridge between Engineering, Marketing and Sales, translating market needs into clear product documentation, business cases and successful go-to-market strategies.
You will support delivery of the product roadmap throughout the full New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle - from concept through to launch - ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to market requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product readiness for the launch of new products, systems and services.
Translate market requirements into robust product definitions, pricing strategies and positioning.
Support the introduction of competitive products in line with the agreed roadmap, on schedule and within budget.
Chair weekly project meetings, ensuring clear actions, deliverables and timelines.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to define positioning, target applications and commercial objectives.
Maintain technical accuracy of product specifications and claims across literature and marketing materials.
Support product content and technical readiness for exhibitions, events and product launches.
Contribute as a key member of cross-functional product development teams throughout the NPD process.
About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially aware, technically curious and highly organised.
You will ideally have:
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
1+ years' experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Marketing or a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, results-driven mindset with high attention to detail
Confidence leading meetings and presenting to varied audiences
The ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment
