Role: Product Lead - Software Solutions
Location: Milton Keynes 1-2 days a week
Salary: £65,000-£75,000
We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager to define and deliver the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our innovative software solutions. You'll lead the full product lifecycle - from market research and ideation through to launch - ensuring products meet customer needs, drive growth, and stand out in the market.
What you'll do:
- Shape product strategy and roadmap based on market insight, customer needs, and business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring quality delivery
- Use analytics and customer feedback to inform decisions and optimise product performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and alignment
- Drive go-to-market strategies that maximise adoption and impact
What you'll bring:
- Proven track record in commercial product strategy and lifecycle management
- Strong Agile/Lean delivery experience
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Skilled at influencing executives and managing stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with excellent market and customer insight
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software (desirable)
