We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Developer to join one of our key clients based in Reading - a growing company at the forefront of the clean energy transition.

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects from conception through to completion. You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle - from identifying new land opportunities and managing planning and grid applications, to liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate renewable energy projects through the development process.
- Identify suitable land areas and support planning and grid application submissions.
- Liaise effectively with planning consultants, surveyors, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Prepare project cost reports, budgets, and forecasts, addressing any changes along the way.
- Support internal teams and maintain clear communication across all project stages.
About You
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within Renewables, Utilities, Solar, or Energy.
- Background in a client-facing, business, or project coordination role.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across England, Scotland, and Wales.
