QA Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and scale our clients QA function, with a strong focus on test automation. Reporting to the Sr. Director of IT Support, you will oversee day-to-day QA operations, drive the automation strategy, and ensure all software releases meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

You'll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, DevOps, and business stakeholders, while mentoring a distributed QA team and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA automation strategy and execution using Python & Selenium

• Oversee automated and manual testing across BAU and new development

• Build and maintain robust regression testing and CI/CD pipelines

• Manage backend testing in Microsoft SQL Server

• Review requirements and ensure testability and quality alignment

• Mentor QA team members and coordinate offshore QA resources

• Provide automation progress and quality metrics to senior leadership

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security, and regulatory standards

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 10+ years QA experience with proven leadership responsibility

• 4+ years hands-on Selenium automation (Python preferred)

• Strong experience with API testing, CI/CD, and DevOps tools (Jira, Octopus, Teams)

• Advanced SQL Server testing expertise

• Experience with microservices and cloud-based environments

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in financial or retirement services highly desirable
