We're currently working with several well-established clients in the Renewable Energy sector who have a strong pipeline of upcoming Ground-Mounted Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

These roles will be based on a mix of EPC and subcontractor-led projects, ranging in size from 10MW to 80MW, and are ideal for experienced Site Managers looking to work on impactful green energy infrastructure.

🔍 Role Overview:

• Oversee the delivery of large-scale Solar PV and BESS installations on active construction sites

• Manage on-site teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Maintain high standards of HSE and site compliance

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing ground-mounted Solar PV and/or BESS projects

• SMSTS certification is essential

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Comfortable working on fast-paced, multi-contractor sites

• DNO tickets not required

We have live and upcoming projects across the UK-from the North of Scotland to the South Coast-so wherever you're based, there could be a project nearby.
