Software Developer - SaaS Business (Shropshire, Hybrid 2 days a week)

Salary - £50,000-£55,000

We're working with a well-established SaaS business based in Shropshire that's looking for a hands-on Software Developer to join their growing team. With over 25 years in the industry and a strong customer base, they're known for delivering innovative, user-friendly solutions that make a real impact.

The Role
You'll be joining a small, collaborative team where your work will directly shape the products customers use every day. This is a full-stack role, covering everything from databases to front-end interfaces, with plenty of variety and ownership. You'll also play a part in feature planning, helping to break down stakeholder requests and deliver practical, customer-focused solutions.

• Building and enhancing features across the full stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular).
• Leading a small squad (developers + QA) to deliver high-quality functionality.
• Collaborating with product, support, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Suggesting and implementing improvements to processes and practices.

Experience Required:

• Solid experience in C#/.NET
• Strong SQL Server skills (design, development, optimisation).
• Experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Web API and secure coding practices.
• A genuine appetite for learning and keeping up with new technologies.
