Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Software Operations Lead to join a highly successful team working for a company based in Bury.

Day to day you will essentially be managing the path that comes into the IT development team, involving the service requests, bugs and defects involving their applications. This means you will work on the initial triage, handling the resource allocation for the tasks etc. You will also be working closely with the change lead for small changes/projects.

The company have been growing over the last couple of years and are continuing in this direction, so it is a very exciting time to join. With this rapid level of growth there will be opportunities to develop and grow with them.

Essential skills include experience with:

• Incident management or experience in a similar role
• High pressured, fast paced environment
• Excellent communication
