Roc Search are recruiting for a Software Team Leader to join a consultancy who are a market leader in what they do.

As a company they are employee owned and are focused on helping the environment so, you will be contributing to something that does good in the world.

Day to day you will be managing one of the development teams within the business. You will be in charge of, managing projects, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, contributing to bids and tenders etc. You will still be hands on technically with probably a 50/50 split on average.

You will need to go to the office 3 times a week.

Essential skills include experience with:
* .NET or Python background
* Databases
* Managing/mentoring/leading a development team
