Rate: £600 - £700/day (Outside IR35)
Location: Farnborough - 4-5 days onsite
Clearance: Active DV (Developed Vetting) required
Essential Skills
- Active DV clearance
- Proven Cross Domain Solutions design, testing & assurance experience
- Deep understanding of NCSC patterns for secure data import/export
- Strong cryptography and PKI background
- Experience with MOD systems and defence assurance processes
- Technical expertise across:
- VMware / VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
- Microsoft Server/Desktop platforms
- Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Microsegmentation & HSMs
- Microservices architecture
- Zero Trust principles
- Air-gapped and hardened system design
Desirable
Experience with Hardsec appliances, cloud deployment automation (Terraform, Ansible), Secure by Design methodology, Data-Centric Security, and strong networking skills.
