About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, analysis, and review of structural systems for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. This role offers opportunities to work collaboratively with architects, designers, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, foundations, and various structural components.

  • Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate existing conditions and verify construction compliance.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design intent, code compliance, and project objectives.

  • Assist in preparing project documentation, proposals, and cost estimates.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain it within a defined timeframe (EIT acceptable for junior roles).

  • 2-12 years of relevant structural engineering experience.

  • Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, RISA, RAM, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of materials including steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.

  • Working knowledge of applicable codes (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
