They're looking for someone who can help grow and develop both their Development and Infrastructure teams in the most efficient way possible. You'll be able to use your technical knowledge to introduce new processes and ideas to help the company reach its goals.

You'll also have the freedom to shape and build the teams in the way you think works best.

The company has been steadily growing over the past couple of years and continues to head in the same direction, so it's a really exciting time to come on board.

Ideally, they'd like you in the office most of the time, but there is some flexibility.

Essential skills include experience with:

• Managing software development & Infrastructure teams
• Knowledge of the latest technologies
