📍 Manchester City Centre (On-site)

💰 £25,000 base + uncapped commission

💰 £30-35,000+ OTE in first year

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

• Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
• Growing your niche market within engineering, renewables or technology
• Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
• Working towards clear targets (and smashing them!)

• 6-12+ months sales or 180 recruitment/resourcing experience is desireable however any background will be considered, as long as you have the right attributes and work ethic!
