 Roc Search is committed to fostering a workplace that values diversity, equality, and inclusion. We believe that every individual, regardless of their background, has the right to a fair and equitable work environment. 

As part of this, we run regular DE&I Focus Groups, have a dedicated  Women in Leadership project team, sent multiple DE&I surveys to the business as well as run numerous cultural appreciation days.

We strive to continuously improve and strengthen our culture to ensure everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents.

We are also proud supporters of multiple organisations who do incredible work to create  a more diverse, equitable and inclusive environment across the industries we work with.

Environmental Responsibility

As passionate supporters of the Climate Action Network, we actively work to reduce our environmental footprint and promote sustainability. In our offices, we implement eco-friendly practices like using energy-efficient technologies, such as LED lighting and programmable thermostats. 

We promote recycling and ensure that proper recycling bins are available throughout the office. We also prioritize the use of recyclable or biodegradable materials in our daily operations, such as paper products and packaging.
