Key Information Documents

As of 6th April 2020, Regulation 13A of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (“Conduct Regs”) introduces a requirement on agencies to provide a Key Information Document (“KID”) to workers.

The KID is intended to improve transparency of information for workers, particularly around pay. It will give workers more immediate access to key pay related information and a clear idea of how any fees and deductions by agencies and/or umbrella companies will affect their take-home pay.

This is not intended to be an exact reflection of the fees that a worker will go on to earn, but will rather demonstrate how a proposed rate of pay is affected by fees and deductions.

We have been working closely with our preferred umbrella companies and as a result, we are pleased to be able to provide you with KID(s) within the links below, showing the anticipated fees and deductions which may affect your take-home pay should you supply your services via one of these umbrella companies.
