Awards season is well and truly underway in recruitment!
We're delighted to have been shortlisted for the Best Employer Brand at last week's Recruiter Awards and equally as delighted to have been named in the shortlist for the same category at the Global Recruiter Awards that take place in June.
The awards are in recognition for Roc's Employee Value Proposition project that saw us completely review and update our culture and benefits with a clear focus on Autonomy, Flexibility and Inclusivity.
