Before recruitment, I spent 12 years in childcare, which means I’m very good at listening, building trust, staying calm under pressure… and understanding people (of all personalities and ages🤭). That experience shaped my people-first approach and is a huge part of how I work today.

I’m all about a human approach to recruitment, building genuine relationships, working closely with our management team, and supporting people who are curious about starting a career in recruitment or making their next move in the industry.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at a live gig or festival, exploring European cities, adding to my tattoo collection, or being bossed around by my two cats🐾
