ecoHERO
The ecoHERO is Organicco’s Autothermal Thermophilic Aerobic Digestion (ATAD) system, which harnesses the naturally occurring aerobic digestion process to convert organic waste into fertiliser in as little as 24–72 hours. The system is customised to suit the individual requirements of each client and can be scaled up to meet the processing needs of organisations of any size.

ecoDRYER
Organicco’s ecoDRYER brings in the power of Anaeribic Digestion (AD) to extract biogas from leftover organic matter through this highly automated system. By utlising the surplus thermal energy left unused by AD plants it heats and dries the digestate, further reducing running costs by recycling not only the digestate but also the heat produced in the process.
Typical applications: The application of the ‘ecoDRYER’ is not limited to AD operators; many other businesses can benefit from what the ‘ecoDRYER’ offers. The system can dry a variety of material such as digestate, slurry, farmyard manure, woodchip, sewage, general waste and sludge.
ecoENERGY
A bespoke Waste-to-Energy (W2E) solution, the ecoEnergy sees Organicco enable the production of fuel through gasification. By feeding feedstock into the gasifier, the system produces syngas. This then undetakes a two-stage cleaning process before being used as fuel for the production of combine heat and power (CHP). The exhaust from the CHP is then put through a secondary aerobic digester, is treated in a wet-srubber and regenerative catalyst scrubber before being finally released into atmosphere.

ecoMAN
The ecoMAN CART is Organicco’s innovative modular solution for transforming non-recyclable plastic waste into high-quality chemicals and fuels. With it’s patented multi-state fluidised bed technology, the compact system takes your everyday plastic waste and turns it into clean, usable products - with zero emissions. This ensures plastic waste is removed from the environment, reduces reliance on fossil fuels and saves on the need for expensive sorting and pre-treatment.
