Application Support Analyst- Fully Remote- Permanent Role- £30-35k
Our client have an exciting opportunity for you to join their Application Management team, supporting their UK and European clients and partners in using a growing portfolio of best in class Cloud (SaaS) and On-premise marketing automation solutions.
Essential skills required-
▪ Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a Data related discipline.
▪ Relevant and varied experience in a software application, IT infrastructure or database support environment.
▪ Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
▪ Excellent technical problem-solving ability.
▪ Excellent self-management, organisational and analytical skills.
▪ Data literate, skilled in working with data and databases and SQL (e.g. MS SQL Server/Oracle).
▪ Knowledge and experience of working with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Work Hours: This is a shift-based role, the service operates 7 days per week, 365 days per year including bank holidays & weekends. Shifts operate on a rotational basis covering core-operating hours [07:00 - 19:00], with periodic cover out of core hours [19:00-07:00].
